Educational Talent Search serves individuals identified as potential first-generation college students (neither parent has a four-year college degree) who have the ability to succeed in higher education.

Educational Talent Search is designed to encourage students in grades six through twelve, as well as high school dropouts or post secondary stop-outs, to continue their education.

The goal of Educational Talent Search is to increase the number of individuals who complete high school and enroll in the post secondary education institution of their choice.
